The Aldgate and Allhallows Foundation is an independent education charity supporting young people in the City of London and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Since 1895, the Foundation has been administered by staff at The Portal Trust, under a service level agreement between the two charities.
With assets of around £9 million, we provide around £250,000 each year to support individuals and organisations.
Individual applicants must fulfil the following eligibility criteria: be a resident of either the City of London or the London Borough of Tower Hamlets; be under 30 years of age and in need of financial support to cover the cost of education. Priority is given to those from disadvantaged communities.
We’re proud to make education more accessible and create opportunities for young people who need it most.
