On Wednesday 9th March 2016, Tower Hamlets EBP held a brand new event for sixth form students across the borough, funded by Aldgate & Allhallows Foundation. The Pathways to Apprenticeships event was specifically focused on advanced and higher level apprenticeship options. The event was opened by John Hall, Chairman of the Foundation who welcomed the students to the event, the Chief Executive of the Foundation also attended. On arrival students attended a workshop which aimed to get them thinking about how to speak to potential employers, the types of questions they need to ask and, most importantly, what they can do to follow up after the event. Students then attended the apprenticeship fair and, here, they had the opportunity to speak to a range organisations about the advanced and higher level opportunities that are on offer.
